Image files can be submitted in either High Resolution JPEG or PDF format.
JPEG
File type: .jpg (High Resolution)
Maximum size: 11" x 17" (without crop marks)
PDF
File type: .pdf (High Resolution)
Format: Single Page
Maximum size: 11" x 17" (without crop marks)
Interactive Media (.MOV OR .MPEG)
Any category where your entry contains interactive content, you will need to provide a .mov or a .mpeg.
To minimize server errors, please remove spaces from file names before uploading them into the entry system (Ex. Extra _Awards_01.pdf)
Description (optional)
Explanation documents will be accepted for all categories but they are not required. They should be in PDF or word format.
Hard Copy (optional)
Hard copies are not mandatory but will be accepted if submitted. Please send to:
