Categories 101A, 102A, 1A & 1B are judged as All Circulation Classes Combined.
Categories 36-39 (Niche Publications) are judged as All Circulation Classes Combined.

Entries must be entered in the circulation class that matches the audited number (or affidavit from the publisher) or risk disqualification. It is vital to the integrity of the contest that you choose the correct circulation class in which to enter. If you have any questions, please contact LMA headquarters at (888) 486-2466 or hq@localmedia.org

For weeklies, zoned products should be entered in the class that represents the total circulation. For example, if you have several editions that go by separate names but are essentially the same product, the total circulation of ALL those products should be combined.

Most categories, unless otherwise noted, apply to each of the 4 circulation classes and will be judged as individual circulation classes, unless otherwise noted or when insufficient number of entries to permit meaningful comparisons, LMA and the judges of this contest reserve the right to eliminate or combine circulation classes or categories as necessary without providing refunds to the entrants.
